RE -OPENING WITH A VERY BIG THANK YOU

We are very pleased to announce that after making the necessary repairs to the leaks we located, the lake is filling up beautifully. With the very hot conditions that we have experienced over the last week or so, we have decided to postpone the planned restock on the 11th of September until the 25th. We are however going ahead with the reopening of the fishery on Friday, the 15th of September as fish have become very active as the water level rises. The water level at the moment is approximately four feet lower than normal similar to how the lake looked during the few weeks before us closing for our summer break. We expect the lake to be ideal by mid-November and look forward to welcoming you all back properly then. Until then, anybody comfortable fishing the lake as it was is very welcome to join us from the 15th. Fishing has been quite successful on the few occasions the lake has been fished since being closed with most of the fish caught being healthy and fighting well. 
We have had a brilliant turnout for the raffle to help save the lake which we are so grateful for. It has been an enormous help!!
