Fishing Report

It has been an EXCELLENT week this past week and it was great to see so many NEW ANGLERS at the fishery. Many caught in DOUBLE DIGITS and Stan Brown (pictured) caught a BEAUTIFUL 5 LB RAINBOW on Tuesday on a white apache. 125 fish caught by 41 anglers. Fish are showing all over the lake so both the banks and boats have had good results. Best methods black hawthorns, apaches, squirmy worms, black cats whiskers, montanas and diawl bachs and fish are on the top 5 ft of the lake. Next restock just before the Troutmasters fish off which is on Sunday April 7th. The fishery will be OPEN as usual. Weather is expected to be good and ideal for fishing.
